Answers to COmmon iSSUES

How long will my order take?

Coffee Mugs, Jewelry Boxes, Ornaments and Tote Bags are typically processed and shipped out within 3-5 business days (all items are made on demand, so they can’t be shipped out immediately). Domestic shipping time is usually an additional 3-7 business days (with the average being 4-5 business days), but sometimes it can take a little longer if USPS experiences delays.  

HOW CAN I PAY FOR MY PURCHASE?

We use Paypal for  payment processing.  You can use  VisaMasterCardDiscover, or American Express cards within Paypal or if you have a Paypal account you can use your Paypal account balance or bank transfer.

HOW CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

If you need to cancel your order, send a message as quickly as possible. Every order is custom made, so cancelling an order for an item that’s already in the process of being created can’t be done. Orders are processed very quickly and work begins on them very soon after the order is placed. In most cases, you won’t be able to cancel an order. Please send any questions you have about an item BEFORE you order it.  

SHIPPING TO ALASKA AND HAWAII

Yes, of course we ship to Alaska and Hawaii, just allow a little more time, check your tracking number to follow your package’s progress.

RETURN POLICY

Returns, exchanges, and refunds are made only if you receive an item other than the one on your receipt, or if your item is damaged in some way. Because each item is custom made when you order, if you accidentally ordered the wrong item or design, we can’t offer a return or an exchange.
